The Big Easy

Tonight, my love and I are headed to New Orleans for a little R&R.

Dinner at Delmonico's. Yum. One of Emeril's old-line restaurants he bought and reopened when he was beginning his empire. It's one of the oldest in the city and a fine, fine place.

I've got my sights set on some red meat and a nice ceasar salad made tableside. I can't wait.

Also looking very much forward to a nice room at the Mason Dupey Hotel and all the stuff that goes with that.

Yep, I'm a lucky boy!
